Great value and excellent location

I stayed at Ibis and was pleasantly surprised by the affordability and convenience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel is located right next to a fantastic shopping center with plenty of dining options. The valet desk was quick in arranging a taxi when needed. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had comfortable rooms and a decent location close to a shopping center where we found some good food. the staff was friendly.

Our romantic escape was almost ruined by the loud noises coming from neighboring rooms. We could barely sleep all night.

The maid service on my floor was good, and the person was very helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Great value for money! The hotel is situated in a perfect location, right at the heart of a big shopping mall. The best thing about this hotel is that they offer a very comfortable bed, just what we were looking for in our romantic escape. The breakfast was also fantastic, with many options to choose from.

The service desk was not very welcoming, and check-in took forever. There was no assistance with the luggage, which can be a problem for some guests.

Helpful front desk, good maid service on 9th floor, breakfast options available after 7am, overall good service.
